Branch Thank You For a Special Friend | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

I need a very simple thank you for a friend who manages my mail box service. She is a great lady and has found a new job with full benefits and a pension plan. I will miss her greatly. I knew I wanted something really clean and simple but very unique. The center of each flower is a seed bead from a bracelet I have had forever. The clasp broke long ago and I've kept the bracelet to do something special with these beeds they have a variety of finishes and are varied shades of green. I never did use seed beads in my jewelry, I make more chunky large natural stones and am very glad I found a use for these!

At Splitcoast Stampers each Saturday is the featured stamper's challenge where you get to CASE a card from the featured stamper's gallery. I chose a branch card. I used a different branch than the CASE card (Spellbinders Cherry Blossom set I believe), I sponged then spritzed the sky to give it texture. I used a variety of small flowers, put the seed beads in the center of the flowers. I made it A2 size.I did not add a bird. I made it a thank you card using the Thank You from Stampin' Up's Endless Thanks set. Finally, I used my Lil' Inkers Designs dual stitched die to make a frame which I popped up for more interest and then that allowed me to float the branch with dimensionals as well. I entered the card in these challenges:
