Horses Birthday Card - Birch Display Project #1
I am working with Libby on display projects. We are making a set of cards using the Birch background for her North Carolina group's big quarterly get together. Since I move all over I am sort of an orphan so it is nice to be able to participate in group activities even if remotely.
This is the first of three A2 size cards and I decided on a vertical gate fold card.
The top and bottom accents denote western saddle leather with silver. This addition will please a western horseman, but not so much an english rider. For an english rider, just leave off the silver filigree die cuts.
Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 2 1/8" and 6 3/8"
Front Birch Panels: 1 7/8" x 5 1/4"
Inside Whisper White Mat: 4" x 5 1/4"
Blends Used:
Light Seaside Spray
Light Soft Seafoam
Light Gray Granite
Light & Dark Crumb Cake
Light Soft Suede
Ivory
Here's the inside of the card:
Thanks for stopping by, please feel free to leave comments or questions, I am here to help!
