I am now able to do some crafting as long as I have help. My mom graciously helped me with this project today. I already had the embellishments ready to go. I opened a brand new Hero Arts Ombre ink pad and used a sponge to color the background. This ink pad is three separate pads going from light to dark. My mom graciously cutt out the die cut elements in her bigshot and helped put together all the layers.

I was able to color the kitty on my own using C3, C4, C5, C6 and RV32 (need to double check the pink). I used a doily, cheese cloth, some awesome twine ribbon from recollections, a star button that is from a  winter set, but was the perfect colors. I used rectangle and oval stitched dies and the die cut for PARTY is a Stampin Up set that is no longer sold. I thought the cheese cloth looked a bit like toilet paper.

I added a second picture with an angle view to better show all the layers. there are four layers total: BG paper, doily, cheesecloth, image. In addition I used 4 different embellishments: sequins, burlap ribbon, button and dew drops.

I am entering this project in the following challenges:
