Ombre Birthday With Balloons

I created this card to experiment with the ombre technique using Copic Sketch markers. I used a very light color ink on the Stampin' Up sentiment so I could ombre it as well. I then doodled the balloon strings as well as outlined the letters. I used Lil' Inkers Designs Stitched dies. This week is going to be tough for me to complete many papercrafting projects as I am conducting a Hackathon at work. The prep for this Hackathon (a week of website building where we all hide together and focus on a project start to finish) was very long, but I feel worth the effort because the first day of the event, we accomplished alot! I am a Certified Scrum Master and though I fill many different technical roles to help out the team as needed, my main function is to facilitate and keep things moving. This isn't a gauntlet, it is meant to be a fun event. I of course am exhausted already:)
