Martha Stewart 12 x 12 Score Board with Envelope Scoring Attachment

My papercrafting corhort in crime gave me this awesome selection of gift card holders for Christmas. I wanted to make a desktop organizer to have a small selection close at hand. I used Pinterest for my inspiration and after two failed attempts at smaller sized holders I finally had to make an A2 sized one and it holds these perfectly. Because I don't use pink I made myself pick out three bright pink papers. I am not sure what I was thinking since it will be on my desk and I am more of an earthtones gal. But this is what I ended up making. The one change I made was to cut a 1/8th smaller layer to give it more dimension. The base is solid hot pink, the layer is a pink paper with darker pink wood grain and the band I used along the bottom is this awesome 60s orange and pink with glitter design I just love. I sponged the edges with distress ink picked rasberry. I added a Holtz metal label holder to finish it off.
Here is the Pinterest A2 Mini Magazine Card Storage Tutorial I used for inspiration.
Note: I was given a huge photo box of gift card holders, those are safely stowed away and I have 10 of them in this desktop holder on my desk for easy access. The gift card holders are thicker than an average A2 card, I would say you could store a dozen or more A2 cards.
