November Birthday Card For Mom | Tracy Marie Lewis |

This month's Kre8tors blog hop is all about birthdays. In Fact, Melissa who runs this hop's birthday IS today, so I want to wish her a good one!

I had to get my project finished early due to OnStage, which is the fall Stampin' Up! conference. Since the location is Orlando, Florida, we decided to make a journey of it. We are now camping in Florida all the way from Washington state! This...

Celebrate Banners Card Fronts | Tracy Marie Lewis |

I cannot believe today hub drove me to the hotel and I went to the convention center to check in for OnStage. It is a bit surreal. I AM AT ONSTAGE /pinch. It is my first one, and I also cannot believe hub and I drove over 4000 miles to be here with our home! We are staying at a super nice resort in Orlando, the Thousand Trails resort, and it was only a 30 minute drive to get to the hotel....

Friends Of A Feather October 2018 | Tracy Marie Lewis |

I am late in receiving this month's Paper Pumpkin due to our travel schedule. I haven't been in one place for more than a day or two since mid September. The second I was checked in to the Orlando Thousand Trails for a long enough stretch, I had our mail forwarded. In the package was the October Paper Pumpkin.

I had to finish all of my swaps and gifts for OnStage today before I could...

Countdown to OnStage - Featured Card Front #3

Onstage Card Front Laser Cut DSP | Tracy Marie Lewis |

This card front is slightly under standard A2 size. This is because the background is from the Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Designer Series Paper which is a 12" x 12" so the width of the trimmed down piece is under 4".

I love to make many layered cards. I used the round and small rectangle stitched label dies from Stitched All Around. I also colored a snippet of lace trim...

Snowflakes in Copper & Blueberry Bushel card front | Tracy Marie Lewis |

This design is based on the negative cutout of the Beautiful Blizzard Snowflake die. For each sheet of snowflakes you cut, you end up with an entire sheet of cardstock ready to be adhered to a contrasting background color. In this case I chose Blueberry Bushel cardstock. I used liquid glue to adhere the sheet and the individual snowflakes.

Next, I added a strip of copper glimmer paper...

Center Focal Season's Greetings Front | Tracy Marie Lewis |

This card front focuses on many layers in the center of the lovely background DSP from Joyous Noel. I cut a rectangle of vellum to add a hint of structure behind these layers. The rectangle and circle labels come from Stitched All Around.

I used copper heat embossing on the sentiment which is from Wishing You Well and the label is from Merry Christmas To All. The green glimmer leaves ...

Happy Holidays Card Front | Tracy Marie Lewis |

We are back on the main land now. Our last day in The Keys was Hub's birthday so we had to celebrate before we left and after we arrived in Homestead. All this celebrating was followed up with some disc golf at the southern most course in the continental US.

Now it is back to business and I have more Christmas card fronts to share. I should mention that Stampin' Up! sent out an...

Easy Holiday Card Fronts | Tracy Marie Lewis |

I found a fun design on Pinterest to make a set of swaps with. Unfortunately Pinterest is down right now. Who has ever encountered Pinterest being down? So I went to and sure enough lots of reports of it being down. So I am posting this without the pin but will add it as soon as Pinterest is back up again.

This design is pretty quick to make. I created a dozen with many...

Countdown to OnStage - Card Front Swaps - #6 - The Last Of The Dashing Deer

Publish Date:
Silver Foil Dashing Deer | Tracy Marie Lewis |

I finally finished the last of the Dashing Deer I had left to work with. Each is unique so I will list them all here. I created the final four as masculine cards. So there will be minimal embellishments on all of them.

The first is one of my favorites. The sentiment is from Wishing You Well. It was cut out using a smaller label die from Stitched All Around and the cardstock is Sahara...
