SUO Coloring Challenge And Retreat Project

I had so much fun on Saturday! My team leader Libby attended a crafting retreat that I was unable make and I was quite sad to miss it. She was willing to let me hang out with her at the retreat virtually on Saturday. I got to visit with folks I haven't seen since last fall as well as create some fun projects! I am posting about the last project we created first because of a deadline I need to meet. We chose a color challeng using the colors for this challenge: Facebook Group Colour Inkpiration Challenges #51.The colors were: Berry Burst, Mango Melody, Highland Heather and Pear Pizzazz.

With the colors decided, we narrowed the stamp sets down to "Wonderful Romance". Note that we took inventory of the current stamp sets we both had on hand. As this was our last project of the day, we only had a couple of choices left.

The closest Blends markers colors I used:
Lovely Lipstick light,
Mango Melody light and dark,
Highland Heather light
and I used Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple Green light and Old Olive light blending them together to approximate Pear Pizzazz.

The embellishments are the Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots from the Occasions Catalog. The once used are called out as Grapefruit Grove, but they were perfect over the Mango Melody floral centers.

I really wanted to use a Balmy Blue background embossed with the Subtle embossing folder so I did.

Upon the reveal, Libby pointed out that blue was not one of the colors, and she was exactly right. I was able to quickly lift off my focal collage and get a picture of it on Whisper White.
