Today I have posted a video showing details of a coloring project. It explores two color tone options for this cute squirrel. The video goes through various aspects of the project and how to color its envelope using Blends (the secret is to flick lightly).
It is important to take the credit for your creations, there are cute options to do this and it is a Stampin' Up! requirement to give them credit for the images. Revealed are the completed Blends color reference sheets that I started in an earlier video (link down below). Now when I have a coloring project I can use these sheets to choose the colors. Video length 18 min 19 sec.
Now I will be able to quickly decide the colors to use on projects. I want to point out how vibrant these colors are. Nobody can say that Blends are drab and dreary! I can't wait until the 2019-2020 annual catalog for even more of these awesome markers to choose from. Please note how many Blends colors work together to create a full range of light to dark.
Old Olive & Mossy Meadow,
Soft Sea Foam & Mint Macaron,
Pool Party & Bermuda Bay,
Pineapple Punch & Daffodil Delight,
Daffodil Delight & Mango Melody,

Lovely Lipstick & Cherry Cobbler,

If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the Mango Melody & Pumpkin Pie combination.
