Today I completed sympathy card number two.  I chose a floral design from my stash of cut and colored pieces. This flower stamp set has a matching punch. I find it clever how the butterfly stamp uses the same four petal punch as the flowers.

I embossed whisper white with the Layered Leaves embossing folder. I had to use the same sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings as it is the only sympathy sentiment I have. I cut the sentiment in a simple banner, then cut a shadow layer of black to match.

This was a quick and easy card to put together which is perfect since I am still recovering from Carpal Tunnel surgery.

Focal layer: 2 1/2" x 4"
Black Mat: 2 5/8 x 4 1/8"

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Aww such a pretty card. Love the dry embossed panel in the centre with the flowers and butterfly around it. The pearls add the perfect touch. Thank you so much for joining us on Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. xx Ankita
