Countdown to OnStage - Card Front Swaps - #5 - Plus A Short Video

This card is unique so I will present it solo. I intended to move on to another theme of card fronts however, while prepping materials I found five more dashing deer cuts hiding in my stash. I've kitted these up and will finish and present them next.

I decided to use the smaller deer who is looking back over his shoulder. I have him looking at the copper glimmer paper Holiday Greetings sentiment from the Merry Christmas To All Bundle. 

I embossed a piece of Merry Merlot cardstock using the Layered Leaves embossing folder. I cut it to fit down the center diagonally. The deer is stamped in Soft Suede. To enhance the copper glimmer sentiment I cut a second out in Whisper White placed it offset under the copper. For embellishments I added a few sequins.

I thought I was moving on from the deer so I spent time gathering materials for the next phase of swaps. I really need to speed things up. So... I did what I do at a retreat, I gather ALL of my stamps and dies for what I am doing into one case. I then label the case with where each item comes from. It is inefficient to keep opening and closing cases to pull out a stamp/die that I've already had out a time or two. I have a short video showing this tip and sharing a couple more tidbits.
