January 2019 Stampin Dreams Blog Hop - Beginner | Casual | Avid - Projects
Welcome to the January Stampin' Dreams blog hop! I am so excited to share my projects today. I am now in Arizona for the winter. Our campground includes a residential community with lovely desert landscaping. There are two parks, one is quite large with all sorts of cactus labeled and ages provided where the age is significant. I love reading the names of all of the varieties of cactus there are.
Based on where we are currently staying, my stamp set choice for this hop was an easy one. The new Occasions catalog has a stamp set called "Flowering Desert" which is a cactus builder so of course I chose it for this hop.
This month the design team is sharing projects showing three stamping skill levels starting with the beginner stamper, moving on to the casual stamper and finishing up with what an avid stamper would make. I documented my creations in a video. It was so fun! And boy what a mess I made, but it was worth it. The video is embedded below - length: 30 min 7 sec and here's the link to go to the video in a new window: https://youtu.be/CahoQraYVV0
Here are pictures and measurements of my creations.
Beginner A2 Card Measurements
Focal 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Casual A2 Card Measurements
