Copper Deer and Trees Shaker Birthday Card

This card has a story to tell! I made it using spare shaker parts for the October 2017 Pining For Plaid Paper Pumpkin kit which came with extra foam circles and lots of extra sequins. I die cut old olive and copper foil trees and also a copper deer. I used the sentiment labels from the kit but had to find a Happy  Birthday with the correct dimensions to fit it, and the Clearly Besotted sentiment worked perfectly. I also had to match the size of circle die cut to be just a tiny bit larger than the extra shaker foam circle and what fit was a Lil' Inker's stitched circle die. 

Where the story comes in is that I mailed this to her on 11/5 to make it in time for her birthday on 11/9. To be safe I took it into the post office and had them check it to which they stated because of the bumpiness (from the sequins) it needs to be hand sorted and that will be an extra .21 please. I paid it. Then it never arrived. So After waiting until 11/11, I made a second card, which I will also post an article for, as well as a short video. I mailed that out on 11/12. So today I receive two texts from my mom. It is an image of the first card AND the second card. But she asks, is the copper tree suppposed to be mobile. I said no, that is just the hazards of being hand sorted and floating around the usps mail system for 12 days. 

She says the envelope was very beat up looking and had extra ink on it.
