It is rare that I take on sketch challenges. I find it hard to color in the lines so to speak. Today I thought I would push myself and finish one of the two valentines I make each year using this weeks Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge. I had colored this cute Crissy Armstrong kitty a few weekends back and finally got the chance to use it. I am very light on heart shaped dies so the tiny hearts are actually a cutout from a small banner. They came out the perfect size.

I used my Gina Marie X stitched circle and rectangles dies. The light blue glitter paper was from Joann's. The pink and red paper is Recollections. I used Neenah Classic Crest for the white. I popped up everything but the little hearts. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up.

I was bad and did not color the kitty using one of my 6 kitty standard kitty color schemes AND I did not log the colors. The kitty looks like C1, C3, C5. The red is likely R24, R27 and R29 and the pink could be RV11. The ground is likely E42.

I entered this card in the following challenges:

Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge #SC628
Come and Get It - No Designer Paper
A Gem of a Challenge - #186 Hearts and or Flowers
Crafting By Design January - pink-pretty-and-girlie
