Happy Birthday Crazy Cat with a Green Balloon

Everyone loves to dress up their cat right? So my theme for the first run of Crazy Cats cards is dressing them up. I used the Stampin Up Birthday Wishes stamp set as I wanted a more casual looking sentiment. This cat gets his own birthday hat and balloon tied to his tail. The dies you get with this set includes dies to cut out just the cats eyes and tails for added dimension. I cut out a second set of eyes for this guy and used glossy accents on that second layer. I also added glossy accents to the balloon. The cat was glued directly to the background, his eyes applied directly on top, The balloon, gift and hat are popped up with dimensionals. The string is black hemp string. I think the string is my favorite part of this card.
